June 1 marks the changing of seasons in Nintendo's Animal Crossing: New Horizons, with summer coming to the Northern Hemisphere. In addition to new fish and bugs -- including sharks -- summer brings with it new shells, new DIY recipes, a new in-game event and new seasonal items, as well as new plant growth and more items to purchase from Nook's Cranny.

As announced in the trailer for the April 23 update, June 1-June 30 is wedding season. Players can travel to Harv's Island to help Cyrus and Reese take anniversary photos, earning special, customizable furniture for their efforts. Players can arrange photoshoots and snap pictures once per day for prizes, which change daily; the theme also changes daily, which allows players plenty of opportunity to flex their set-design skills.

The Wedding Season saw some players set up some odd and hilarious photographs which included images of dungeons, hell, and an impending divorce. The dark humor of these players has been appreciated by many and these funny takes have managed to subvert the normal tasks that players are given and created something new. A particularly funny image was shared by someone who had their wedding canceled last month and as a result, they photographed the virtual couple in what looks like a witches' lair. Many will hope that these funny images from Animal Crossing: New Horizons continue as the Wedding Season event goes on. If you want to know the safest way to Buy Animal Crossing New Horizons Clay, I recommend you buy it via z2u.com, the site has been officially certified,so it's very safe.

The event is simple enough--just listen to the theme of the day and make your photo decor match their wishes. You'll be rewarded with a special currency called "heart crystals" and sometimes they'll give you special wedding furniture. You can collect other pieces of wedding furniture throughout the event, and you can exchange the heart crystals you earn for even more themed furniture, decorations, and clothing items.

Summer recipes can be found in bottles or balloons; Isabelle also gives out a shell wreath recipe sometime during the first week of June, according to players. There are a total of eight new summer DIY recipes, including: shell wreath, shell wand, shellfish pochette, starry-sands flooring, tropical vista wall, underwater flooring, underwater wall and water flooring. Some of these will be familiar from past Animal Crossing titles, including Pocket Camp.
