Brian Birmingham: I feel that something it did was really expose us to the meaning having an expansion which to WoTLK Gold us was so much like unlocking a new space to explore and fresh routes to explore. The world you get to explore in Outland is just such an appealing and thrilling place to go through. And those first raids, specifically Karazhan, are some of my favorites and being in a position to fulfill this kind of promise, "Hey, there's a novel chapter, a different thing to do." This was something truly exciting about this expansion.
John Hight: WoW was so huge that even when you first started exploring it, you could feel the majesty at the time of WoW as it initially appeared. What can you do to improve the game with an expansion? I'm convinced that the imaginative nature of each of the zones, along with the addition of new races into your characters that you could play, was an amazing experience. I can remember that I had my own ideas regarding what Burning Crusade would be, but they were far less than the actual experience it became and that excitement of crossing over through the dark Portal...I tried to avoid knowing what I was about to experience on the other side. I didn't participate in the beta so it was quite a surprise.
The opportunity to revisit it today with The Burning Crusade Classic through WoW Classic could be an unforgettable experience, especially seeing it coming full circle, like this. Do you have things that you notice that you notice, appreciate, or even notice more or more fully than you did before?
Brian Birmingham: Definitely. I'd say that for me it started with WoW Classic itself, but one of the things that I have come to realize that I didn't then was that important social ties that come from wanting to form your own team. There are definitely the pleasant advantages of "I can join a new Dungeon Group over lunch," in modern WoW but then going back to Classic and having that, "No, I'm going to plan out the way I'm going to tackle this dungeon. I need to get the group I have formed together. I'll have to invite people I have as friends and make an effort to find new friends when I'm not having enough and put effort into the process." ...that has made these kinds of groups a bit stale and made me feel that they were important and beginnings in the sometimes lasting friWorld of Warcraftcraft. I'm extremely grateful for buy WoTLK Gold the information coming from Burning Crusade and it's definitely transformed my understanding of the importance that this is.
